1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between jet7 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of jet7 services ("User", "you", "your"). jet7 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, slots, live gaming and sports betting services for users in Bangladesh.

• A bonus is applicable only once and once per account.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your consistent activity and engagement with the platform. jet7 reserves the right to determine the detailed terms and conditions of VIP benefits separately.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

jet7 is known as a safe and reliable platform. All our games are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The outcome of each game is determined in a completely random and impartial way.

• Manipulation or fraud in game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts is prohibited.
• Attempting to influence betting or game outcomes by colluding with other players is prohibited.
• Once each bet is finalised, it cannot be changed.
